Clearsonic S5-2D Sorber acoustic panels

Contain sound and control reflections with ClearSonic Sorber panels! Take the S5-2D screen, for instance, which consists of two acoustic panels that are made of fibreglass and industrial carpet cloth. They measure 66.1 by 23.6 inches, providing a total width of 47.2 inches. Sorber panels are easy to install; they can stand up by themselves, but it's also possible to suspend them by means of Velcro. You can even connect several Sorber panels to each other, again with the help of some Velcro strips. The acoustic panels are made of fibreglass, which has excellent sound-absorbing properties and is fireproof to boot. They're ideal for theatres, studios, home use, day care centres, clubs, concert halls, rehearsal spaces, houses of worship, gyms, etc.

Acoustics

Drum screens offer a means of changing the acoustics of a room. They solve various issues, such as mic bleed, but unfortunately they're not the answer to all your problems. Drum screens reflect direct sound, causing the sound waves to travel upward or bounce right back. As such, they can produce a slight delay, which is perceived by your audience as a cacophony of sound. To solve that problem, ClearSonic has developed the Sorber sound-absorbing panels.
