The Electro Voice ZLX-12P 12-inch two-way active speaker is suited for audio amplification purposes in smaller venues, but is also great as an on-stage monitor. EV has designed this speaker to deliver a better performance with more power than any other speaker of the same size. The energy-efficient ZLX-12P is equipped with a 12-inch woofer and a 1,000W digital amplifier and weighs a little over 15 kg. As such, this speaker is ideal for demanding musicians and DJs on the go.

The rear panel of the ZLX-12P has a simple, well-organised layout. Don't let its simplicity fool you, though! Next to the LCD display you will find a knob that switches on the extensive DSP section of the speaker. This digital processor allows you to adjust your settings with one push of a button. Music mode (music, club, speech, live), location (pole, monitor, bracket) and type of use (with or without subwoofer) are quickly selected. The rear panel is also fitted with two combined microphone/line inputs, each with its own gain control, a mini jack input for your MP3 player and an XLR output that enables you to daisy-chain your combined signal to a second active speaker.
