General
Mackie's Thump15A is the follow up to the Thump15. It has 300 watts more power for a total of 1300 watts and is equipped with Vita preamps, dynamic bass response and a more robust housing. The power is delivered through a 15-inch woofer and a 1.4-inch titanium dome compression driver that handle 1000 watts and 300 watts of power respectively. The bass response ensures plenty of low end while the preamps ensure an optimal signal transfer from the two XLR/TRS jack combo inputs.
Versatile
The Thump15A is perfect for a wide range of applications. The speaker mode button on the back lets you change the speaker's mode which adjusts the frequency response giving you the best settings for your requirements. A mix out connector makes it easy to add an additional speaker to your set up. The digital crossover and time alignment functions take care of the frequencies and prevent any problems with phase for an optimal sound every time. Four recessed handles make the Thump15A as easy to carry as possible and thanks to its design it can be placed on its side, stood up vertically or even placed on a speaker pole.
