The QSC RMXa series features a powerful transformer and an abundant filter capacity that can produce an enormous amount of energy. These simple changes have a wonderfully positive influence on the audio quality. As such, the amplifiers in this series can produce a whole lot of power.

QSC RMXa amplifiers offer studio-grade audio. Thanks to the high-quality parts, distortion is minimised to less than 0.05%. All of the models in the series are 2 U and less than 41 cm deep. Finally, thanks to the intelligent cooling system, you don't have to worry about these amps getting warm at all, let alone overheating!

Wrote the following about QSC RMX 850a amplifier

Gewoon een zeer goede PA versterker. Het is natuurlijk een uitvoering met relatief laag vermogen (voor een professionele versterker) maar het vermogen dat eruit komt is zeer overtuigend. De versterker lijkt het altijd makkelijk aan te kunnen, zelfs als je langdurig tegen het maximum aan zit. Hij blijft goed op temperatuur en de geluidskwaliteit is uitstekend. Op zich wat mij betreft standaard eigenschappen voor een versterker van een A-merk (misschien wel premium merk).
Waarom krijgt hij dan 5 sterren (en niet 4)? Dat is vanwege de aanwezigheid van de clip limiter en low-cut filters. Zeker in de wat kleinere geluidsinstallaties zul je wellicht niet snel willen investeren in speaker management systemen en dan is deze ingebouwde low-cut filter echt handig. Hij is per kanaal in te stellen op 30 of 50 Hz (of uitschakelbaar) en bij nagenoeg alle toepassingen zonder subwoofer is dit ideaal om je luidsprekers te beschermen en je versterkervermogen optimaal te benutten. En qua klank is het bijna niet hoorbaar (want welke full range PA speaker speel beneden de 30Hz goed af?), zeker niet voor mijn toepassing.
Ik begrijp werkelijk niet dat er maar heel weinig PA versterkers zijn dit deze functie ingebouwd hebben.
Ik ben dus zeer tevreden over deze versterker.

echt een super versterker ik heb hem al een jaar en hij werkt nog perfect hij wordt nooit warm in een flightcase zou er haast nog 1 kopen
