Delivery information in My Bax-shop
To view your delivery information*, log in and go to 'order history' via the dropdown menu. Select the order and then click on the tracking code under 'shipping information'.
After placing your order you will receive a tracking code via email. Tracking codes are typically sent at night. If your code is not yet active, please wait and try again later.
Not at Home?
If your package is being delivered by Parcel Force (GLS) and you are not home for the first delivery attempt, there are a number of procedures they may follow; please find these on their website.
If your package is being delivered by UPS and you are not home, they will leave an InfoNotice. After three delivery attempts, they will hold it at a nearby UPS facility for 5 business days before returning it to us.
In rare instances, it may take our courier longer to deliver a package than initially estimated. Of course, the goal is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within 4 days of it being shipped, please contact us at 020 3695 2176.
Home delivery with Hermes
Your package will be processed via Mondial Relay. This means you will receive a tracking code from Mondial Relay but your package will be delivered by Hermes. Naturally, you can use the tracking code to follow your package to your door.
If you’re not at home when the package is delivered, it will be sent to a Hermes collection point in your area. You’ll receive a card in your letter box with information about the where the collection point is located and when the package will be ready to be picked up.
*Please note that orders filled in manually in our system (orders made by phone or e-mail via customer service) will not show up in your web shop account. If you have any questions about such an order or if you would like to access your invoice, please contact Customer Service.
