General

The thick and meaty resonance of a 14-inch hollowbody with the compact and snug feel of a solid-body: this is the limited edition D'Angelico Deluxe Mini DC thinline semi-acoustic. The slim C-profile of the neck is just as comfortable, lending a nice, tight grip and satisfyingly fast feel to the playability of this double-cutaway archtop. The laminated maple body has been fitted with a glued-in centre-block to limit unwanted feedback while the three-piece, set-thru maple-and-walnut neck has been finished with a rosewood fretboard for an added dose of warmth.

The bright, transparent acoustic foundation is amplified with sensitive warmth by a pair of Seth Lover A4 humbuckers, offering PAF-style sound that can be split in two via the push/pull tone pots to unleash a single-coil-style spank. From blues, to soul, to classic rock, and onto indie, this semi-acoustic double-cut guitar boasts breathtaking tonal range, and comes fully backed up by a stable bridge-and-tailpiece combo and a set of Grover 509 Super Rotomatic Locking tuners.
