The impressive Bassman 810 Neo by Fender is really something else. Its eight 10-inch Fender Special Design Eminence Neodymium speakers can handle a continuous power of a 1000 watts with peaks of up to 2000 watts. This speaker cabinet is well-equipped for even the biggest European stages and might cause the average guitarist to feel some mild discomfort.

It has a wide frequency response - from profoundly low tones in the 40Hz region to clear attacks around 15 kHz, all are accurately reproduced. The horn tweeter handles the trebles, and the eight 10-inch woofers are ready for the rough stuff. This cabinet weighs less than you might expect from a 1.2-metre tall cabinet: just under 50 kilos. Its wheels and durable handles make it transportable. This impressive juggernaut packs a huge amount of bass power in a distinctive Fender guise.

Fender recently announced a number of new mandolins: the Concert Tone Mando Pack , Concert Tone FM52E , Concert Tone FM53S , Concert Tone FM63S and the Concert Tone FM63SE . The 53 series features the well-known classic teardrop shape, while the 63 series consists of gorgeous Baroque style mandolins. Furthermore, the E at the end of certain type numbers stands for 'electric', which means that besides the fully acoustic models, there are also electrical models available.
