General
This is the second remodelled version of the Fender Mustang I amplifier combo. This compact device produces a lot of volume, which can come in handy at rehearsals. It has 17 preset amplifier models, meaning you can enjoy a wide variety of sounds, from British tube amp to American high-gain.
Mustang I V.2: extensive settings
Via two knobs you can easily control several of the amp's parameters. An extensive array of effects allows you to fine-tune your guitar sound to a tee. From pitch effects to wah-wah effects via an expression pedal, the Mustang I V.2 has it all. Its 20W transistor amplifier ensures a solid sound via the 8-inch Fender special design speaker, and the closed back helps develop the sound even further.
Digital connectivity
This rehearsal amplifier has a lot going for it in the way of modelling technology, and it can also be connected to a computer via a USB output. Via Fender's FUSE software you can set more advanced preferences and then edit and save them. Downloadable versions of Ableton Live Lite 8 Fender Edition and Amplitube Fender LE are also included. Perfect for your rehearsal room or studio.

The amp is great, getting lots of nice sounds out of it and still finding more to boot! It is a wonderful little practice amp and with 20 Watts, it moves some air (but only when the Mrs is out), with headphone plugged in with a good set, the sound is just a good as if you did not have them on. The build in tuner is a boon to.
I'm sure there will be someone out there that will say "But you could have got a so & so amp, which does this, that and the other so much better!". Maybe, maybe not, all I know is that I am well chuffed with my little Fender Mustang and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a disent little practice amp, ity does what it say on the box, plus its a Fender, so you know it's going to last a lifetime.
