These practical disco ball sets consist of a disco ball and a motor, a pin spotlight, and sometimes a colour wheel. The pin spotlight shines (optionally via the colour wheel) on the spinning disco ball which hangs form a chain, attached to a motor which drives it. The light is then reflected in every direction off all the little square mirrors on the surface of the disco ball and the result is that familiar disco effect. A disco ball set makes a great gift, and is also ideal in the bedroom or as a party decoration.
