General
Hercules' P32 DJ is a versatile controller that has 32 pads divided into two 4x4 grids instead of jog wheels. On top of that, there are comprehensive loop functions, a mixer section and different operating modes. The controller comes with DJ software by DJUCED so the only other thing you'll need to get started is a laptop and some music. A robust hardcase is included too so that you can safely transport the controller without any worries.
Hercules' P32 DJ: plenty of possibilities
The 32 pads make it simple to use hotcues, samples and the slicer function. There are also sync controls that make it easy to keep two tracks in time with each other. It's also possible to do things like mix vocal samples from one track with the other. Everything is designed to help you add a personal touch to your DJing performance.
DJUCED DJ software
Most DJ controllers by Hercules come with DJ software by DJUCED and the P32 DJ is no exception. This software allows you to unlock the full potential of the controller and use the P32 DJ's onboard controls to work with the software itself. You can then easily adjust effect parameters and use the loop function and filter knobs to give your mixes that little bit extra. The mixer section is similar to those found on other DJ controllers and consists of faders, a 3-band EQ and navigation controls to help you easily find tracks in your music library. There's also a built-in soundcard so that you can connect a set of headphones and some speakers.
UDG Creator Controller Hardcase Medium
We've already touched upon the UDG Creator Controller hardcase that comes with the P32 DJ, but we're sure you'd like to know more. The case is made of moulded EVA to protect the controller from any damage during transport and there's a layer of water-repellent nylon on the exterior to keep it safe from the elements too. The interior is lined with foam to prevent the controller from shifting while you're getting it to its destination. With your P32 DJ safely inside the case, that's one less thing you have to worry about.
