General
The ambitious modern-day DJ wants more control than ever when it comes to making their live performance a success. To enable them to control lighting effects as well, Pioneer have developed the RB-DMX1 lighting interface with Rekordbox (5.1) software. The great thing about Lighting mode in Rekordbox 5.1 is that you can create a light sequence based on the beat of your own track selection. That saves you a lot of preparation time for getting your light and audio to sync! Incidentally, you do need to do a (little) bit of programming in Rekordbox, but the software is very user-friendly. In order to direct Rekordbox 5.1 to your spotlights, moving heads, smoke machines and lasers, the Pioneer RB-DMX1 DMX interface is the perfect choice!
Features of the Pioneer RB-DMX1
This interface has one DMX universe and 512 DMX channels, so multiple lights can be controlled by a single DMX channel for even more possibilities. It's compact and built to last, making it suitable for taking on the road. Pioneer have been generous to include Rekordbox DJ, which is a considerable investment on its own.
