This 5-string bass guitar features a resonant swamp ash body and a hard maple neck with a maple fingerboard, producing a clear, dynamic tone with tight lows and sparkling highs. Authentic vintage sound with modern versatility

The Marcus Vintage-J Revolution pickups feature 70s Jazz Bass pickup spacing and have been developed to replicate the character of classic vintage jazz basses as accurately as possible. When combined with the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp, you have access to an active 3-band EQ with adjustable mid-frequency control, as well as a passive mode. This allows you to switch effortlessly between traditional jazz bass tones and more modern sounds. The active/passive mini-toggle and extensive tone control make this bass suitable for virtually any musical style and playing technique, from fingerstyle to slap.

High-quality construction and optimal playing comfort

The hard maple neck features a comfortable C-profile and is fitted with Edgeless™ rolled fretboard edges, ensuring the neck feels smooth and natural in your hand. The natural maple nut contributes to a clear tone and stable intonation. The Marcus Miller Vintage S bridge supports both string-through-body and top-load stringing, allowing you to adjust the string tension and tone to your own preference. Premium open-gear tuning machines, chrome hardware and a black/white/black 3-ply pickguard complete the instrument.
