The Classic Player ‘60s Stratocaster combines a classic design with modern-day upgrades, making this Fender an attractive option for guitarists at any level of aptitude. The design is by Custom Shop master luthier Greg Fesslerm, whose goal was to make a guitar with a vintage sixties vibe and all the perks of modern technology. That's why it's equipped with three Custom '69 Single-Coil Strat pickups for those unmistakable 1960 Stratocaster sounds heard on countless albums throughout the decades. Classic Player ‘60s Stratocaster: modern upgrades

One of the things that really makes or breaks the playing comfort of an electric guitar is the feel of the neck. For this reason, Fender have given the Classic Player a maple neck with a modern-C profile, a pau ferro fretboard with 21 medium frets and a relatively flat fretboard radius of just 12 inches, which means playing chords and solos will be a breeze. Both the neck and the frets are designed for optimal playability and comfort and the bridge has been updated as well; the 2-point synchronised tremolo now features bent steel saddles!
