Almost every inch of the Original Collection Gibson Les Paul Junior harks back to its legendary, 1954 ancestor. The mahogany body and neck shape the warmth of the tonal foundation and come finished in a coat of authentic nitrocellulose lacquer, while the Vintage '50s neck profile, the 12" radius rosewood fretboard, and a full set of medium jumbo frets provide that timeless fifties playing feel and the reliable Wraparound bridge ensures stability. What's always separated this upstart of a model from all of those other single-cuts, is the lonely yet scrappy Dog Ear P90 pickup. This classic tonal mash-up between a full-fat humbucker and a biting single-coil comes fully backed up by a single tone and volume pot fitted with genuine Orange Drop capacitors, that can be tweaked to swing the sound of LP Junior from classic to raw. Hardshell case and Gibson accessory kit included.
