General
With the Behringer XD8USB you can enjoy a comfortable, reliable digital drum set. You only have to set up the robust drum rack once, and should you need to move it after that, it's easy to fold up! You'll be ready to get going right away. Connect a set of headphones to the drum module, for instance, and instantly experience realistic sounds from 110 different drums, cymbals and percussion instruments. You can also control your virtual instruments via the USB output, should you so choose.
The organic feel of the XD8USB
Not only do the drums on the XD8USB sound natural, they feel it too. Thanks to the rubber material used for the touch-sensitive pads, you can count on an pleasant playing experience. Another big advantage of the snare pad is that it's divided into two zones, so you can play both regular snare sounds and make rim shots. If you want to play along with your favourite tracks, that's no problem either; just connect a regular 3.5mm cable and you can play tracks from your smartphone or MP3 player. The built-in metronome is another handy feature, along with the sequencer that allows you to practice and record.
