With the OR60 Head, Orange releases an incredible 60-watt tube amplifier that is built in the UK and is of high quality. This guitar amp top is powered by a pair of 6L6 power tubes making it extremely bright sounding and nice and tight in the bass. Valve HT switching is a real gamechanger and allows the amp to operate at both full power and half power. A second foot-controlled volume control guarantees that extra boost and offers extra versatility. With the Bright switch and the separate Presence and Resonance controls, you create a finely tuned shaping of your power amp sound.

British sound and solidity

The OR60 Head from Orange is a single-channel guitar amp head that knows how to handle itself. It delivers both sparkling clean tones and dynamic tones that flirt with overdrive to a solid and aggressive gain. Operation is user-friendly and intuitive thanks to the icons above the knobs. There is also a negative feedback loop provided to prevent unwanted noises such as noise or hum and an FX loop buffered with tubes. This top is specially tuned to handle boosts beautifully and to further perfect your sound. You won't know what you're hearing! This model is the variant in black.
