General

This Showtec power adapter is fit for all electric 12V devices, like build-in spotlights or LED lighting. This power supply can take a load of up to 100 watts, which should be enough for several spotlights or a single 5-metre LED strip. It is well suited for use in combination with DMX controllers and/or dimmers.

Total load

When you are getting a power adapter, always check that it can take the load that you require. If the total of all applications on the adapter rises above 100 watts, it will be overloaded and might break. In this case you can, for instance, connect it to 4 spotlights of 25 watts. Any more would be too much.
