Here, the 37-key Fazley MD37-G Melodica doesn't just come in green and pre-wrapped in a case, but comes at a great beginner-friendly price. Played by blowing into the included mouthpiece while pressing the keyboard-style keys, the Fazley Melodica produces a harmonica-like sound and supports both melodies and chords. This model also features a hard-wearing ABS construction that's built to last, making it the ideal intro instrument for younger as well as fully grown budding musicians.

Deze melodica voegt middels een heldere klank een volks element toe aan je muziek. Vergelijk ik hem met een chromatische mondharmonica, dan geeft deze laatste een dikke laag fluweel mee aan je toon, zodat bijvoorbeeld ook bluesy muziek een gypsy klank mee krijgt.
Bij deze melodica is eerder het omgekeerde het geval. Als je deze bijvoorbeeld gebruikt met gypsy-muziek, dan neemt deze het mysterie enigszins weg en geeft openbaring aan een feestelijke voorstelling.
Het instrument is zeer breed inzetbaar. Het wordt geleverd met twee mondstukken, waarvan die aan de slang rechthoekig is. Ik vind de ergonomische zonder slang iets comfortabeler, maar dan heb je maar één hand om mee te spelen. De koffer is oerdegelijk vormgegeven en is dus ook zeer stevig. Er wordt ook een "brillendoekje" bij geleverd om het instrument mee af te nemen en er zit een knopje op de onderkant om vocht eruit te laten lopen.

Nog belangrijk: Je hebt niet perse een duurdere Melodica hiervoor nodig.
