If you purchase an XDJ-RX by Pioneer after November 1st, 2016, and there is no license code included for Rekordbox DJ, don't worry! Simply go to this special website (after November 7, 2016) to request your license code for free! Please note, this will be possible until January 31, 2016. After that, your right to request this software for free will expire. If you purchased the DJ system before November 1st, you can request a code using the same link.

Those who purchased Rekordbox DJ themselves after buying the XDJ-RX will not get a refund. Be sure that you request the free Rekordbox DJ Plus Pack.
