Roland Introduces the AE-10 Aerophone and Four FR-4X Digital Accordions
On September 9th 2016, Roland announced some special digital music instruments for saxophonists and accordion players. These digital instruments give both access to a world of different sounds. Meet the new AE-10 Aerophone and the new FR-4X digital V-Accordions.
A breath of fresh air
If you're familiar with traditional saxophone fingerings, you'll now be able to play many other instruments too, thanks to the AE-10 Aerophone. In addition to different types of sax, the AE-10 can produce sounds from other wind, brass and even string instruments as well as synth sounds. If you just need a new OP-AE10MP mouthpiece for your AE-10, we've got that here at Bax Music too.
Inspiring sounds at the push of a button
It's not just wind instruments that have digital versions, of course. Roland's V-Accordion range now has four new FR-4X models that share the same sound engine at the FR-8X range, but comes at more affordable price. The button version comes in red and black, and there are red and black versions of the piano key model too. As well as traditional accordion sounds, there are organ, orchestral and drum sounds too.
