Tascam Launches Broadcasting Interfaces and Handheld Recorder
Tascam is probably one of the most productive producers in the world of (pro) audio today. After releasing a number of handheld recorders and interfaces recently, they have another three products to unveil: two broadcasting interfaces, the Ministudio Personal US-32 and the CreatorUS-42, and a handheld recorder with a large number of connection options called the Tascam DR-100 MKIII.
Broadcasting has never been so practical
First, lets go over the Tascam Ministudio Personal 32 and Creator 42. These audio interfaces have been designed specifically for both aficionados and professionals who are active in the world of broadcasting. The Ministudio Personal 32 features an XLR/jack input that allows you to connect any type of microphone, as it is equipped with phantom power which is usually required for condenser mics. There is also a 42 version of this device, the Creator, which is exactly the same as the 32, only it has two XLR/jack mic inputs. Broadcasting has never been easier or more enjoyable thanks to the practical functions these interfaces have to offer!
Studio-quality, compact handheld recorder
Record on location with 192 kHz at 24-bit audio quality with the Tascam DR-100 MKIII! Although there are interfaces on the market that can deliver the same quality, they are nowhere near the same size. This device offers professional audio and fits in the palm of your hand! It's equipped with two combined XLR/jack inputs for two dynamic or condenser microphones and boasts a score of editing options. Extended recording sessions are no problem thanks to this device's dual battery system. You can also link two TR-100 MKIIIs together to make a real-time backup in a lower quality or different format. All your audio is then stored on a 128GB SD card.
