Problems Placing an Order
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes something goes wrong during the order process.
I can't add the product to my shopping basket.
If the 'add to basket' button is missing on the product page, then that probably means the product is currently unavailable for order. This could be because the price of the product is not yet known. If you would like to be notified when the product is available, click the 'Email me when in stock' button on the product page, or get in touch with our Customer Service team.
