Billing Invoice

With every Bax Music purchase, you will receive a billing invoice. It's important to keep this invoice as long as the product is in your possession, as you might need it if you ever need to make use of the warranty.

Where is my billing invoice?

You can find your billing invoice in a couple of different places:

  • In your online account. This is only possible if you registered as a customer and created an account before placing your order.
    • Click 'Log in' (at the top right-hand side of the website) and enter your details to gain access to your account.
  • The billing invoice is also sent by email. Usually, you'll receive it the same day as you place your order.
  • If you can't find your billing invoice, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Please note:

  • you will not find a copy of the billing invoice in your parcel. It is available digitally only. We recommend you print it out at home for your own administration.
  • When you log in to view your account information, you will only see the orders made with that particular account. If you have multiple accounts, please make sure you check them all when looking for your billing invoice.
