When you place an order at Bax Music, we’ll send you an order invoice. Your invoice is important, since it’s not just your proof of purchase but your proof of warranty, so make sure to keep it safe!
Where's My Order Invoice?
You can find your order invoice in a couple of places:
- In your Bax Music account. This is only possible if you registered and created an account before placing your order.
- Click 'Log In' (at the top of the home page) and enter your details access to your account.
- Your order invoice is also emailed to you. Usually, you'll get it the same day you placed your order. If you can't see it in your inbox, please double check your spam or junk folder just in case.
- If you can't find your order invoice at all, please get in touch with our Helpdesk.

To save paper, we no longer include printed invoices with your order. Your invoice is only available digitally, so it can be saved in a secure file, or printed out at home and added to your personal records.

When you log in to view your account, you’ll only be able to see the orders made with that specific account. If you have more than one account, please make sure to check them all when looking for your order invoice.
