Payment Failed or Refused

My Payment Failed. What Now?

Did something go wrong while paying for your order? Don’t panic!

If anything goes wrong during the payment process - like an internet drop-out or a randomly closing browser window - we’ll send you an email within minutes. The email will include a secure link so you can make the payment and complete your order. 

If you’ve definitely paid for your order but we’ve sent you an email letting you know that there was a problem, not to worry! There’s probably just a double-order logged in our system. Simply call the Helpdesk and give them your order number so they can remove one of the orders for you and get it sorted.
