If you’ve cancelled an order, removed something from your order, refused delivery or sent a product back for a refund, the amount you originally paid will be refunded via your original payment method, whether you paid via debit card, credit card or PayPal. Cancelling or Changing Your OrderIf you’ve cancelled your order or removed something from your order, you will be refunded immediately. Refunds made to debit or credit cards can take 7 to 10 working days to fully process, and in more exceptional circumstances, can take up to 14 working days. PayPal refunds are usually much faster. Any extra payments made for special delivery of your original order cannot be refunded.
