Have you cancelled an order, refused a delivery, or returned a product? In that case, you should receive a refund from us. This page explains how the process works and when you can expect your money to be refunded to you.
Order Cancellation or Change
If you've cancelled an order, or refused delivery of a product you've already paid for, we will refund any money due to you to the same bank, credit card, or PayPal account that was used to pay for the product in the first place. Refunds are normally issued within 7 business days - but in exceptional circumstances can take up to 15 days - after we have received the product(s). Any extra shipping costs you paid for special delivery options will not be reimbursed. If you have any questions regarding an order cancellation or change, our Customer Service Team will be happy to answer them for you.
Refunds for Returns
We strive to refund all costs pertaining to return shipments within 7 business days from the day that the return has been processed. We will only refund you after we have received the product.
How would you like to be refunded?
When registering your return, you can have the amount transferred to the same account used to pay for the order: credit card, Paypal or bank account.
If you paid for the order using your credit card, please check your credit card balance to see if the amount has been reimbursed.
