It is currently not possible to place an order. We are working hard to make this possible again.
Here at Bax Music, we stock a raft of digital pianos, some of which are B-stock: pianos that have been owned and tried out by customers for a short while before they were sent back to us because they weren't what the customer had in mind. Find out more about B-stock pianos below.
We offer a solid exchange policy, which means you're free to buy gear, try it out and return it again if it doesn't work out for you. We'll then either refund you or help you find a more suitable bit of kit. Any returned pianos re-enter our warehouse before they're put up for sale again. Sure, the box and maybe even the plastic bags that held the accessories have been opened, but the 'damage' is usually limited to exactly that, the packaging. That means there's usually nothing wrong with the piano itself, apart from a few fingerprints or a little dust build-up. In rare cases, the damages will also include scratches. To compensate for any of these small flaws, every B-stock piano comes at a discounted price when compared to a brand-new, untouched model. Make sure to read the info listed under the 'B-stock information' header and have a look at the B-stock product photos so you know exactly what state any of our B-stock pianos are in.
With second-hand pianos, people are often referring to old uprights that have already spent a lifetime in somebody’s living room. Just so it's clear, any B-stock piano bought at Bax Music has only been with a customer for several days or a couple of weeks before it was returned to us. These discounted models are basically as good as new and can easily save you a hefty chunk of cash to maybe throw at some essential piano accessories.
