This electric bass, officially names the Mark III Bass, is really back from the past, and not as a cheap copy but as the real, original Teardrop from the original manufacturer. This model features a Seafoam finish and comes complete with a gig bag.

The bright Teardrop Bass Seafoam

With its two single-coil pickups, the Mark III Bass delivers a tight sound with a bright, vintage character. The lightweight basswood body features a tone control and two volume knobs, the latter of which you can use to mix the output of the two pickups to vary the timbre from bright to dark. The Mark III Bass also features a relatively thin short-scale neck, so it's comfortable to play.

VOX Teardrop and Phantom

The unique design of the VOX Teardrop and Phantom guitars dates back to the early sixties and still captures the imagination today. It's no wonder that second-hand models sold for high prices in the long period that VOX wasn't producing these electric guitars.
