Change Your Delivery Address

You can only change your delivery address in case the product you've ordered isn't in stock. To do this, please get in touch with our Helpdesk.

Add or Edit an Address via Your Account

Please note: Changing the billing or delivery address in your account will only apply to future orders.

Change Your Billing Address:

• Log into your account, click on your name at the top of the home page. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Account Info in the drop-down menu.
• Scroll down to your billing address, make any necessary changes and then click the Save button at the bottom.

Change Your Delivery Address:

• Log into your account, click on your name at the top of the home page and a drop-down menu will appear. Select Delivery Addresses in the drop-down menu to view all of your addresses.
• Here, you can click on the pencil icon next to a listed address to make any changes before saving them, or you can add a new delivery address. 
• Once done, make sure your preferred delivery address is selected under your Delivery Addresses.
