I bought these headphones, I wanted to use them with my radio transceiver, they are so good I am using them to listen to music and movies too.I compared them directly with a pair of AKG K92`s ,The Samson SR850`s beat them hands down , with a much clearer sound quality..Amazing for the price.

These SR850 headphones are an amazing deal. I use them for monitoring, making music on LMMS on a laptop and they suit me perfectly. The 32ohms impedance means they can be driven easily by a laptop or phone and I will add a DAC in the future to improve quality. They provide a very natural sound with good bass that is not overpowering so good for monitoring (I am no audiophile but there are many reviews on these on the web). Being semi-open a lot of sound leaks out so they wouldn't be suitable for public spaces, planes, etc.
The price for the two pack is so cheap I bought it instead of the single just to keep one spare. If you are looking for a studio headphone you won't find anything as good at this price range.
