The A7X by ADAM is a nearfield, 2-way, active DJ & studio monitor with a 7-inch woofer with a ribbon tweeter that features X-ART technology. With the A7X, ADAM Audio proudly presents the evolution of the legendary A7 that has received critical acclaim in over thirty very positive reviews and won countless industry awards. Adam A7X: driver technology
The great thing about the A7X is the X-ART tweeter. The 'X' in the name stands for 'eXtended frequency response' and 'ART' stands for Accelerating Ribbon Technology. This means that the ribbon tweeter diaphragm can move so quickly, it's capable of reaching frequencies of up to 50 kHz! What's more, the X-ART tweeter is incredibly efficient and can achieve high maximum sound pressure levels.
Perfect studio monitor integration
The redesigned 7-inch midwoofer has been given a much larger voice coil (1.5 inches to be exact) which is driven by an amplifier with twice as much capacity as its predecessor. This combination offers impressive audio and sound pressure levels with a virtually noise-free music reproduction.

What can i say, I have listened to alot of monitors but this is the clearest in terms of clarity, the high frequencies are lovely and smooth, and the entire frequency response is very nice to listen to (no fatigue) whilst still being importantly analytic for production purposes.
