edal boards seem to be getting more and more compact with every passing year, and as such, there are a number of mini pedal boards and mini stompboxes out there so you don't have to lug around so much gear. If you choose to downsize, then your old Cry Baby wah wah is going to have to be replaced. You don't have to shed any tears over it though, because Dunlop offers the perfect replacement in the form of the CBM95 Cry Baby Mini Wah. It's half the size of the original, but it sounds exactly the same. It's also more robust and equipped with a number of extra features.

Dunlop CBM95 Cry Baby Mini Wah: 3 voices and Fasel coil

The Cry Baby Mini Wah features a switch that allows you to choose from three difference voices. The Low setting delivers a subtle wah effect, while the Vintage setting products the sound of the original 1960s Cry Baby. In order to get that popular sound of yesteryear, the CBM95 is equipped with the legendary Fasel coil. The third setting offers the exact same sound as a modern Dunlop GCB95 Cry Baby. In short, the Cry Baby Mini Wah is actually three legendary Wah pedals in one!

True Bypass and power

After many requests for a Wah Wah pedal with True Bypass, Dunlop has delivered. The CBM95 Cry Baby Mini Wah won't take anything away from your original guitar sound. Even better, if it's turned off then the input is directly connected to the output as if there isn't a pedal in between at all. The Cry Baby Mini is powered by a 9V battery or an optional 9V adapter, and because the bottom of the pedal is completely smooth, it will be completely stable when you mount it to your pedalboard.
