My Order is Damaged or Faulty |
We’re sorry to hear that there’s anything wrong with your order! Did the package look damaged on delivery? Or have you tried your new gear out and it’s broken or just doesn’t work? Here’s what you need to do: Refuse DeliveryIf you can see that the package has been damaged when the courier comes to deliver your order, you can refuse it. The package will then be returned to us. I've Already Accepted DeliveryIf you accept the parcel, then you can ship it back to us free of charge by following the standard return procedure. If you’ve already accepted delivery, tried out your new gear, and found damage or discovered a defect, you can send it back to us free of charge. All you need to do is complete a return request form and we’ll send you all the info you need to get it done. |
