Oh no, your new product is broken! What do you do if the product(s) you ordered at Bax Music are damaged or defective upon arrival? You can either refuse or accept the delivery.
If you can see that your order has been seriously damaged when it arrives, then you can refuse the parcel. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible by phoning 020 3695 2176, or email the Aftersales department directly at email@example.com.
If you accept the parcel, then you can ship the defective products back to us free of charge. Once we receive the tracking code of the return shipment from you, we will send a replacement product to you as soon as possible.
