If there's one thing worse than a defective product, it's having to wait for a defective product to be repaired! Have you sent a product to us for repair and want to know exactly how the process works? Read on to find out!
How does it work?
1. Once we receive the product, we will send you a confirmation email. This usually takes up to 5 business days from the day of shipment.
2. Small repairs are often done in-house. In some cases, we may need to send the product to our supplier's repair centre.
- 3. When the product is ready to be shipped back to you, we will send you a second email to let you know.
How long will it take?
This process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive the defective product from you to the moment you receive the repaired product back from us, but occasionally it takes longer.
