What's the Status of My Repair?

If there’s anything more frustrating than faulty gear, it’s having to wait for it to be repaired. If you’ve sent something back to us for repair and want to know exactly how it all works, you’ll find all the info you need here.

How Does it Work?

  • As soon as your item comes back to us, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s arrived safely. This usually takes around 5 working days from the day you sent it.
  • Smaller repairs are often carried out in-house, but in some cases, we might need to forward the item to our supplier's repair centre.
  • Once the repair is completed and your gear is ready to come back to you, we’ll send you an email to let you know.

How Long Does it Take?

Repairs can take an average of 3 weeks to be completed - from the moment the item arrives with us, to the moment it’s delivered back to you. However, depending on the problem and whether or not parts need to be ordered in, it can sometimes take longer.
