Returning Something for a Refund or Exchange?

We offer a 30-Day Trial Period on almost everything in our range, so if you try something out and it doesn’t quite work for you, you can return it to us, free of charge and get a full refund or exchange it for something else - even if it’s just in a different colour.

So, if you’ve returned something for a refund or exchange, as soon as your returning item arrives and is processed by our Returns Department, we'll let you know via email. If you asked for a refund, it'll be sent back to your original payment method. If you asked for an exchange, we'll let you know as soon as the new item is on its way to you, along with Track & Trace info.
