Don't stop moving for the sake of a microphone! The Samson Airline 99m Fitness Headset is designed to spare the delicate vocal chords of fitness instructors all over and was made for moving. The Qe headset is fitted with a bi-directional microphone that ignores any ambient sound coming from either side. A little sweat is no problem either since the Qe is entirely water-resistant and, since the transmitter is directly mounted onto the headset, you're completely free of any awkward belt-packs and wires.
