The EK 100 G4 beltpack receiver by Sennheiser can be worn on your belt or mounted on your camera with the included CA 2 shoe mount adapter. It's so compact and lightweight, you'll barely notice you're wearing it, and it's ideal for audio/visual jobs on location in particular. The EK 100 G4 works perfectly with the SKM 100 G4 handheld and SK 100 G4 beltpack transmitters, both of which are sold separately.
