The only thing better than the sound of vintage-styled Fender Jazz Bass pickups is, of course, the sound of vintage-styled Fender Jazz Bass pickups without that annoying 60-cycle hum. With that in mind, Fender serve up this Ultra Noiseless Vintage Jazz Bass IV pickup set. The Alnico 5 magnets with polysol-coated wires assure you of a range of authentic bass sounds, and both included pickups are compatible with active and passive electronics and have a special stacked design to ensure hum-free, pure single-coil tone.

Wrote the following about Fender Ultra Noiseless Vintage Jazz Bass IV Pickups (Set of 2)
Fabulous pickups. I have them on 2 basses now.
Fender call these the 'pinnacle' of design and I agree wholeheartedly. Finer detail in the highs and lows but, crucilially, thicker around the middle. A punch monster that has crystal clarity. It has more of a growl but less of a snarl if that makes sense. More Doberman than poodle!
Oh... and as silent as a non reading guitarist on a classical gig!
