UPS ExpressIf you want to receive your order extra quickly, you can opt for UPS Express (when ordered before 4pm), provided the parcel isn't too large or too heavy. You'll find an overview of the shipping rates below. The exact cost and delivery time will be displayed automatically during the checkout process.

Track & TraceAs soon as your order has been packed and prepared, we’ll send you an email including the Track & Trace information for your package. If your Track & Trace code isn’t active yet, it just means the package is waiting to be collected and scanned in by the courier. See Your Delivery Status in Your AccountIf you have a Bax Music account then you can log in at the top of the home page, click on your name, then click on Order History in the drop down menu. Here you can select the order you want to check, then scroll down the page to see the Track & Trace code. Click on the code to track your order. +Missed Delivery?
Missed Delivery?If you miss the courier, a note will be left letting you know when they’ll try again or that the package has been left with your neighbour. +Delays
