When you place your order, you can choose between delivery via UPS Standard, or pay extra for UPS Express delivery

Please note: we are not able to deliver to the Channel Islands.

UPS Standard

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2 - 3 Working Days (when ordered before 3pm). 
  • Please note: for some postcode areas, delivery times may vary depending on the courier. We can therefore only confirm the final delivery time once you have entered your delivery address.
  • We offer free shipping on most orders over £199.
  • For most orders under £199, a shipping fee of £7.50 will apply.
  • Large parcels:
    • For parcels between 100 cm and 270 cm in length or weighing between 40 kg and 65 kg, shipping charges will be between £7.50 and £19.95.
    • The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship parcels longer than 270 cm or heavier than 65 kg. If this applies to your order, you'll be notified promptly during the checkout process.
  • No Pickup Points

UPS Express

If you want to receive your order extra quickly, you can opt for UPS Express (when ordered before 4pm), provided the parcel isn't too large or too heavy. You'll find an overview of the shipping rates below. The exact cost and delivery time will be displayed automatically during the checkout process.

If your Track & Trace code isn’t active yet, it just means the package is waiting to be collected and scanned in by the courier. Please wait a little while and check again later.

If you have a Bax Music account then you can log in at the top of the home page, click on your name, then click on Order History in the drop down menu. Here you can select the order you want to check, then scroll down the page to see the Track & Trace code. Click on the code to track your order.
