Where is my Parcel?

Are you wondering where your Bax Music parcel is and want to follow it to your door by means of a tracking code? Find all the answers to your delivery queries right here!

When we ship your order, we email you a unique tracking code that you can use to follow your parcel. Tracking codes are sometimes sent at night. If your code is not yet active, please wait and try again later.

If you didn't receive an email with the tracking code, please make sure it didn't end up in your junk mail or spam folder before contacting us.

If you choose to have your parcel sent by special courier, you will not receive a tracking code.

Delivery to a neighbour

Some of our customers find it very convenient to have their parcels delivered to a neighbour. If you have chosen GLS or UPS as your carrier, then they will normally offer your parcel to a neighbour if you aren't at home.

Some carriers may adjust your delivery request if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Each carrier's own delivery procedures are listed below.

Tips:

If you know in advance that you won't be at home during the delivery times, select a parcel collection point near you during checkout (step 3: 'shipping method').

Delivery information per carrier

Bax Music works with GLS ParcelForce UK, UPS, Dachser, and Hermes. During checkout, (step 3: 'shipping method') you will see a list of possible carriers to choose from. This list is dependant on the product and shipping preferences you've selected. Below is a list of FAQs pertaining to delivery procedures per carrier:

GLS ParcelForce UK

When does GLS ParcelForce UK deliver? Between 08.00 and 18.00 from Monday to Saturday.

  1. Will I receive a tracking code? Yes.

  2. Will I receive an exact time of delivery? No.

  3. Will the parcel be delivered to a neighbour if I'm not at home? Yes.

  4. What happens if I'm not at home? The driver will leave a card letting you know one of the following: 1) the parcel will be delivered again the next day, 2) the parcel has been left with a neighbour, 3) the parcel has been taken to your local Post Office, 4) the parcel has been returned to the depot.

  5. Will there automatically be a redelivery? See question 5.

  6. What if I miss the delivery again? See question 5.

  7. If I am notified that my parcel will be sent to a post office, when can I pick it up? The following business day.

  8. How long do I have to collect my parcel? 21 days.

  9. Do I need to bring identification when I collect my parcel? Yes.

UPS

  1. When does UPS deliver? Between 09.00 and 18.00.

  2. Will I receive a tracking code? Yes.

  3. Will I receive an exact time of delivery? No.

  4. Will the parcel be delivered to a neighbour if I'm not at home? Yes.

  5. What happens if I'm not at home? The driver will leave a card letting you know where your parcel is.

  6. Will there automatically be a redelivery? Yes.

  7. What if I miss the delivery again? There will be a third delivery attempt.

  8. When will my parcel be sent to a collection point? UPS will only send your parcel to a UPS Parcel Collection Point if you have arranged this in advance.

  9. How long do I have to collect my parcel? 5 days.

  10. Do I need to bring identification when I collect my parcel? Yes.

Dachser

  1. When does Dachser deliver? Between 09.00 and 18.00.

  2. Will I receive a tracking code? Yes.

  3. Will I receive an exact time of delivery? No.

  4. Will the parcel be delivered to a neighbour if I'm not at home? No.

  5. What happens if I'm not at home? The driver will leave a card to schedule a new delivery date.

  6. Will there automatically be a redelivery? No.

  7. What if I miss the delivery again? See question 5

Hermes

  1. When does Hermes deliver? Between 08.00 and 20.00.

  2. Will I receive a tracking code? Yes.

  3. Will I receive an exact time of delivery? No.

  4. Will the parcel be delivered to a neighbour if I'm not at home? Yes.

  5. What happens if I'm not at home? The driver will leave a card letting you know where your parcel is.

  6. Will there automatically be a redelivery? Yes.

  7. What if I miss the delivery again? There will be a third delivery attempt. After that, the parcel will be sent back to Bax Music.
