Placing an Order
Do you want to order something here at Bax Music? All you need to do is follow a few easy steps:
- Decide which item(s) you want to order
- Determine where and when you want your order delivered
- Decide how you would like to pay for your order
We've outlined the steps in the ordering process for you below:
Step 1: Place the item(s) in your basket
Place the item(s) you want to order in your basket by clicking the button: "add to basket". If you want to order more than one of the same item, indicate the amount using the plus and minus buttons before clicking “add to basket”. You will then be shown a summary of your order with the choice to head towards the checkout (via the “pay now” button) or “continue shopping”. . If you head towards the checkout, you'll see the stock status of the item(s) you'd like to order. If the quantity of an item in your basket is incorrect, you can adjust the amount, or remove the item entirely. Here, you can also enter any gift voucher or discount codes you may have. If you want to order more items, click the "Continue shopping" button. If you are satisfied with the contents of your basket, click the button "Continue to checkout" to go to the next step.
Step 2: Log in, register, or order as a guest
You can place your order by entering your information in three different ways. If you're a returning customer to Bax Music, you can log in directly by entering your email address or user name and password. If it's your first time at Bax Music, click on the "Register now" button to create an account. Would you prefer to order as a guest? You can do so by clicking on the "Order as a guest" button. If this is your first time placing an order at Bax Music, enter your address in the appropriate fields. Would you like your order delivered to a different address than your billing address? Select "Yes" under the option "Different shipping address" and enter the address.
Step 3: Choose a shipping method
Now that you've indicated where you'd like your order to be delivered, you can select how you would like it shipped and when. Do you want it delivered to your home, or would you prefer to pick it up at a Parcel Collection Point? We offer a variety of delivery options. Select your preferred shipping method and choose a delivery date. Then click the “Proceed to payment” button to go to the next step.

Step 4: Payment Method & Confirmation
Here at Bax Music, we offer various options to pay for your order. In this step, you can select your preferred method of payment and fill in any necessary information. You will also see an overview of your order and the total amount including VAT. Please double-check all the information to make sure everything is correct. Do you need to change something? No problem! Simply press the "Previous" button to go back and make any necessary adjustments. Once you click “Confirm order”, you will automatically be redirected to a secure payment area.
Step 5: choose a shipping method: home delivery or collection point
Would you like your order delivered to your home, or would you prefer to pick it up at a Parcel Collection Point? It's your choice! We offer several delivery options. Find out more!
Step 6: Payment Methods: How would you like to pay?
Here at Bax Music, we offer various options to pay for your order. All you need to do is select your preferred method of payment before continuing to your order overview.

Step 7: continue to order summary
In the order summary, you can view your order before confirming it. Here you'll see the name on the billing information, the shipping address or collection point you've chosen, and your selected payment method. After you've double-checked your information and are satisfied with your order, you can place it by clicking the "confirm order" button. Do you need to change something? No problem! Simply go back to the previous step and make any adjustments you need to.
