How to Place Your Order |

If you want to place an order at Bax Music, all you need to do is:
Now you're ready to place your order: Step 1: Put Something in Your BasketAs soon as you've found what you want to order, you can put it in your basket by clicking on the button 'Add to Basket'. If you want more than one of a particular item, then make sure to increase the quantity as many times as you need using the plus and minus buttons before clicking on ‘Add to Basket’. A summary of your order will appear asking if you want to ‘Continue to Basket’ or ‘Continue Shopping’. Click on ‘Continue to Basket’ to view your order so far. Here, you’ll also see a stock indication of the items in your basket. If you’ve got too many or not enough of one item, you can adjust the quantity or remove it from your basket. If you have a gift card or discount code, you can type it into the ‘Enter Discount Code’ box below the item list before clicking ‘Activate Code’. You can enter as many gift card or voucher codes as you need to. If you want to add more items to your order, click on ‘Continue Shopping’. If you’re happy with all the items in your basket, click on ‘Continue to Checkout’ to get to the next step. Step 2: Log In, Register, or Order as a GuestIf you’re already registered at Bax Music, you can enter your email address and password to log in and your details will automatically pop up. If it’s your first time, you can create an account by clicking on ‘Register’. You can also order as a guest by clicking on ‘Order as a Guest’. Now you can type in your name and address. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, click on ‘Yes’ at the bottom, and you’ll be able to type in a different delivery address. Step 3: Choose DeliveryNow you can let us know if you would like your order to be delivered to your door or to your nearest Post Office for collection (ParcelForce only). You can then choose your preferred courier and select the delivery date that works best for you. Once done, click on ‘Proceed to Payment’ to finish your order. Step 4: Payment & ConfirmationYou can pay for your order with a debit card or credit card. Select your preferred payment method and type in your payment details. You’ll see an overview of your order on the right and your order total including VAT. Just in case, make sure to double check everything before going any further. Do you need to edit your order? No problem! Just click on ‘Your Basket’ or ‘Delivery’ at the top to take a step back. If you’re all done, click on ‘Confirm’ and you’ll be taken to a secure payment page. All Done!
