When you buy anything at Bax Music, we'll keep you updated via email at every stage.

Order Confirmation Email

First, we'll send you your order confirmation email. This will confirm that your order has been accepted and is being processed. If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please double check your spam or junk folder, just in case.

Track & Trace Code

As soon as we hand your order over to the courier, we'll send you an email including your Track & Trace code so you can track the package as it makes its way to you.
