Order Status

When you purchase something at Bax Music, we email you a series of updates pertaining to the status of your order. Here is an overview of the status emails you can expect to receive:

Order Confirmation Email

First, you will receive an order confirmation email that will tell you your order is being processed. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder in case it ended up in there by accident.

Tracking Code

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code so you can follow your parcel.
