Here’s What You’re GettingThe Bax Music Aftercare Package comes with four significant benefits. 2-Year Warranty ExtensionMost of the gear we sell comes with a 3-year Bax Music warranty as standard. With the Bax Music Aftercare Package, the standard warranty is extended by another 2 years. So, if any gear you’ve ordered with us in combination with the Aftercare Package develops a defect within the first 5 years of purchase, we’ll take care of any repairs free of charge. 60-Day Trial PeriodAt Bax Music, it’s almost always possible to return any item ordered by mistake or any item that just didn’t work out for you, within 30 days of purchase. The Bax Music Aftercare Package extends this trial period to 60 days. Free Returns During the Bax Music Warranty PeriodNormally, defective gear that needs to be repaired can be returned free of charge during the first 180 days after the order was delivered. The Bax Music Aftercare Package gives you the benefit of free returns throughout the entire Bax Music warranty period. Free Loan Gear While You Wait for RepairsWe deeply understand that musicians, DJs and producers can’t do without their gear or instruments for long. As such, the Bax Music Aftercare Package offers free loan gear on request while you wait for repairs and, needless to say, we’ll send you the same thing or an item that comes as close as possible to your gear. How Much Does It Cost?The cost of the Bax Music Aftercare package is calculated per item and depends on its price. The calculated price can be found on the relevant product page and can be viewed in your basket whenever you add an item. How Does It Work?

Does the Bax Music Aftercare Package cover my entire order? No, the Bax Music Aftercare Package is purchased per product. What’s the 2-year extension added to? The 2-year extension is added to the standard Bax Music warranty, which is usually a 3-year period. So, in most cases, you’ll gain the assurance of an extra-long, 5-year warranty period. Please note that the extension is not added to any extended warranty period offered by the product manufacturer. For how long do I get free postage if I need to return anything for repair? With the Bax Music Aftercare Package, you can return your product free of charge for the entire duration of the Bax Music warranty period. So, if the standard Bax Music warranty is 3 years and the Aftercare Package adds an extra 2 years, you can post the item back to us for repairs throughout the 5-year period - free of charge. Can I cancel the Bax Music Aftercare Package? This is only possible if the product that you bought the Aftercare Package with is returned within the standard 30-day trial period. I got the Bax Music Aftercare Package with a product I’ve already returned within the standard 30-day trial period. Can I get my money back? Yes, the one-time payment you made for the Bax Music Aftercare Package will be refunded in full. I’ve already ordered and received the item I wanted. Can I still get the Bax Music Aftercare Package for it? Unfortunately, that’s not possible right now. How does it work if I want to use loan gear while I wait for my gear to be repaired? Simply request a loan product when you register your return for repair. A loan product must always be requested and will not be sent automatically.
