Lowest Price Guarantee Conditions
Can you answer 'yes' to all of these questions?
- Is the item exactly the same (brand, model, colour, etc.)?
- Is the item in stock at the other retailer?
- Is the price at the other retailer a standard price (i.e. not a temporary special offer)?
- Is this price valid for customers in the United Kingdom?
- Does the retailer offer at least the same trial period and warranty?
- Is the retailer based in the EU / United Kingdom?
- Is the retailer an authorised dealer for the brand?
- Have you taken into account any higher delivery charges from the other retailer?
Please note:
- We reserve the right not to apply the Lowest Price Guarantee at our discretion, for example, if it appears that the other retailer has made a pricing error.
- Personal discount codes cannot be used on the product to which the Lowest Price Guarantee has been applied (but they can be used for other products in your order).
How do I report a lower price?
