Track & TraceWhen you place your order, you can choose between delivery via ParcelForce and UPS Standard. No matter which option you choose, as soon as your order has been packed and prepared, we’ll send you an email including the Track & Trace information for your package so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you. Where's my Track & Trace info?If you can’t find the Track & Trace email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, just in case. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with our Helpdesk. My Track & Trace code doesn't workIf your Track & Trace code isn’t active yet, it just means the package is waiting to be collected and scanned in by the courier. Please wait a little while and check again later. Why is there more than one package number?Sometimes an order won’t fit in one package, so it’s sent in two or more packages as a single delivery. In that case, you’ll see more than one number on the courier’s Track & Trace page.
