The Audio Technica AT2035 is a large-diaphragm studio microphone. It features a high-quality capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern, so that noise from the sides and back is significantly reduced and only sound from the front of the microphone is picked up. Thanks to the large-diaphragm capsule, the AT2035 has a natural response and it offers a warm, rich sound with very low self-noise.
The Audio Technica AT2035: HPF and SPL
The AT2035 is a smart choice if you are looking for a versatile studio microphone. Its internal high-pass filter (80 Hz) ensures that the right setting can easily be found, whereby the filter eliminates low-frequency sounds of ventilation systems, traffic or handling noise. A maximum SPL of 148 (158 when the pad is switched on) is more than enough for loud sound sources. Perfect for vocals and acoustic instruments as well as amplified sources.
Tips or comments about this product- Please note: The finish on the AT2035 isn't solid black. As part of its design, there are little spicks of paint visible in the coating.

I've a few Audio-Technica mics, the AT4040 and the 3035. The AT2035 for the price is an exceptional microphone. The frequency response is great, the high pass filter is on point and the pad is super useful.
There's even an included shockmount, you just can't go wrong with this mic for a project studio, where budgets are a key factor. Why pay for an over priced product, that does the exact same job?

Zelf was ik op zoek naar een een goeie basis voor een thuis studio en Gaming. Deze microfoon is daar perfect voor na veel vergelijken. Het geluid bij het opnemen van een akoestische gitaar is warm en helder.
Mijn stem is relatief laag en met de filter achterop werd mijn stem beter verstaanbaar kreeg ik van medespelers te horen.
Er waren negatieve reviews over de shockmount maar die heb ik niet kunnen vinden. Let er wel op dat hij via een kant er goed in kan. Er zit een wiel aan de schroef om hem anders te monteren.
Al om al zeer tevreden. Kost wat maar dan heb je ook wat

Werkt naar behoren, achtergrond geluiden worden goed weggefilterd. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top! Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die hun eerste microfoon willen kopen voor in hun 'thuisstudio'.

Een super microfoon!
Hij klinkt super helder en heeft veel definitief. Als je je dynamische mic een upgrade wilt geven maar je wilt niet teveel geld uit geven is dit de uitverkorene.

Beaucoup de bien a été dit sur ce micro et je confirme le côté neutre et doux et surtout la perticularité de ne pas se prendre la tête sur des réglages à n'en plus finir, pour un néophyte comme moi.
Je le branche sur un préamp dbx 286S et un Boss AS ve68. Mon ampli est le Roland BA 330 et c'est le grand bonheur.
Je ne met que 4 étoiles car les boutons pour le pad d'attenuation de 10dB et
le coupe bas pour palier l'effet de proximité ne sont plus accesible une fois le micro posé sur la suspension antichoc. Il faut à chaque fois retirer le micro pour les régler. A mois que je n' ai pas tout saisi à la maniére de le disposer.

Ik heb deze microfoon gekocht met de intentie om er mijn stem mee op te nemen , na een paar maanden merkten ik dat hij ruisde maar dit was gewoon mijn fout omdat ik geen audio interface had :( , nu heb ik die dan ook en ik raad deze microfoon zeker aan want het heeft een geweldig geluid en de low-cut filter en de -10dB switch komen ook goed van pas. De microfoon komt met een goede schockmount en dit is ook een plus , er zitten ook schroefdraad adapters bij dus hij zal op elke stand passen
