Fender's favourite daughter Squier gave this Telecaster a special twist; the Squier Vintage Modified Telecaster Special White Blonde is equipped with a Jazzmaster pickup and a Jazzmaster neck. This allows you to enjoy the combination of the clear sound of the Duncan TE-101B bridge pickup and the warm sound of the Duncan JM-101N Jazzmaster pickup, both equipped with round, powerful-sounding alnico 5 magnets. The maple neck and fretboard are of one piece and the body of this electric guitar has a beautiful, transparent white lacquer.

The Telecaster and Jazzmaster

The Vintage Modified Telecaster Special is a modified version of Fender's classic Telecaster. Introduced in 1949, the ever-popular Tele produces a clear sound, due in part to the metal bridge plate, strings-through-body construction and its single-coil pickups. Its distinctive sound is excellently suited for country and blues, as well as rock and metal. The 1958 Jazzmaster is an excellent jazz guitar due to its deep sound, but is also regularly heard in indie rock music.

The Squier brand

The Stratocaster, Telecaster and Jazzmaster guitars and the Precision and Jazz bass guitars are famous Fender models that many manufacturers have attempted to imitate in different price ranges. To offer their own reliable, interesting alternative for starting guitarists, Fender started their subsidiary Squier in 1982. Squier guitars and bass guitars are built according to specifications by, and under supervision of, Fender.
