A battle-style controller, the DDJ-REV1 features bigger platters and longer sliders for more accurate control, while larger jogwheels help to give you the feel of a classic double PLX scratch set-up. Also, so you can instantly change up your sound mid-gig, the performance pads have been placed in the mixer control section, along with a set of FX Levers.

Battle Controller for Serato DJ Lite

The fresh control lay-out of the DDJ-REV1 gives DJs the freedom to try different mixing techniques and take part in mix and scratch battles. Using the Tracking Scratch function, it's possible to automatically return to a cue point while engaging the jogwheel to scratch, meaning there's no need to use the crossfader or manually look up the starting point. The performance pads, meanwhile, can be tapped to load samples from the Serato Scratch Bank - a feature previously only available as part of Serato DJ Pro - and you even get the option to plug a microphone into the fitted jack port, the signal of which is then automatically mixed in with the master signal for eased live-streaming.
