The new Fender Player II Series wouldn't be complete without the classic offset electric guitar that is the Jazzmaster. This refreshed model has been decked out with matching Jazzmaster pickups, meaning you're looking at a pair of a Player Series Alnico V Single-Coils that have been wired up to a 3-way pickup switch so you can toggle between three characteristically bright voicings that can be fine-tuned with the mounted master volume and tone pot.

The Player II Jazzmaster: A Solid Base

The clear foundation sound of the Jazzmaster is largely shaped by the offset alder body, which has been bolted to a C-profile maple neck for a trusty playing feel. The back of neck has even been thoughtfully coated in satin-gloss lacquer so navigating the frets is as smooth as can be.

Light and Nimble Feel

Your left hand is also treated to a relatively flat, 9.5-inch fretboard radius and twenty-two medium-jumbo frets, guaranteeing effortlessly chord-grabbing and note-slinging, while the Jazzmaster bridge and vintage-style floating tremolo tailpiece with tremolo lock are perfect for enriching your sound with tasteful vibratos. Mustang saddles and a set of ClassicGear tuners keep the tuning in check.
