The Squier Classic Vibe Stratocaster '50s is an affordable and versatile electric guitar that has the unmistakable look and sound of a Fender from the '50s. It has an alder body with a chic 2-Color Sunburst finish. The maple neck, that has a modern C profile and 21 medium jumbo frets for optimal playing comfort, has been given a vintage tint to complete the instrument's classic look. Three alnico III single-coil pickups are responsible for delivering the bright sound and excellent sustain. This versatile Squier Strat is sure to give you many years of playing pleasure.

+ Klank is mooi en echt 50's achtig
+ Perfecte afwerking
- Er zit veel lak op de achterkant van de nek waardoor hij iets te soepel speelt en je soms uit de bocht vliegt, maar even met een schuurpapiertje eroverheen is een goede oplossing.
- Als je een gitaar wilt '''reliccen'', dan zou ik niet deze nemen. De lak op de body is erg moeilijk ervan af te halen.
- raakt soms een beetje ontstemd door de tremolo maar als je die weinig gebruikt is dat geen probleem
verder een uitstekende gitaar, voldeed aan al mijn verwachtingen.

Ik heb deze week een 'Candy Apple Red' versie van die Classic Vibe 50 gekocht en dit instrument verslaat alles

Afwerking body en neck is perfect.
Bespeelbaarheid ' out of the box' is zeer goed.
Tuners houden de gitaar gestemd en lopen zeer soepel.
Klank van die gitaar kan gerust concureren met zijn Amerikaanse neefjes.
Dit ding heeft de echte '50 strat klank en klinkt gewoon fantastisch.
Ik heb al een paar strat's waaronder een Fednder MiM en een MiJ en deze worden gewoon van de kaart gespeeld.
Heb wat gegoogled op de CV en blijkt dat de pickup in de Classic Vibe's van de zeer goede Toneriders zouden zijn.
1 schoonheidsfoutje op mijn exemplaar: Op de vibrato arm zit wat speling wanneer die niet volledig ingedraaid is, maar daar lig ik niet van wakker.
Op zoek naar een zeer goede gitaar met een minder budget, dan is dit zeker voor u.
Voor deze met een groot budget: Koop er meteen twee een Classic Vibe '50 en '60 je zal er geen spijt van hebben.
