Finished to the highest standard Takamine has to offer, only 300 of the limited edition LTD2025 Gloss Antique Evergreen electro-acoustic will ever be made. This one-off model has an all-solid build, from the koa back and sides the spruce soundboard, which combine to support dynamic and warm sound with outspoken basses and a clearly defined mid-range. Finished with unique and deluxe detailing, this guitar features copper inlaid position markers that will develop a natural patina over time, evolving the aesthetic.

Brownie is Back

The Takamine LTD2025 has been fitted out with a Palathetic pickup: a system made up of six individual piezo pickups that make direct contact with the bridge and soundboard so the resonance of the body is captured in full as well as the vibration of each individual string. This detailed pickup system has been combined with a CTF-2N, which is a remake of the legendary 'Brownie' preamp which was first released 60 years ago and was one of the first of its kind. The side-mounted preamp panel supplies volume and tone controls as well as an integrated tuner and a notch filter for countering any on-stage feedback. This supreme guitar comes pre-wrapped in a semi-hard case fitted with shoulder straps and extra accessory compartments.
